Fairmont Pittsburgh is seeking a Banquet Attendant to deliver exceptional service at luxury events. You will assist with setup, serve food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced, high-end environment.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of food and beverage experience, excellent communication, teamwork, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Must be reliable and guest-focused.

Qualificações

• 1 year experience in Food and Beverage, preferably at a luxury property.
• Previous point of sale system experience an asset
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
• Must focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times

Responsabilidades

• Serve all food and beverage items for assigned banquet meetings

• Have full knowledge of beverage lists

• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage

Job Description

Be a part of a spectacular event! As a Banquet Attendant with Fairmont Pittsburgh you will create a special event that our guests will remember. Your ability to work as a team player combined with your service skills and your engaging personality will ensure that our guests have a memorable experience.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Assist with set up and tear down of tables and chairs as needed
• Serve all food and beverage items for assigned banquet meetings

Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):

• Constant standing and walking throughout shift
• Constant lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs
• Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting
• Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
