Auberge du Soleil is seeking a Busser to support our dining team and elevate the guest experience in Napa Valley. You will help set up and clear tables, assist servers, and ensure guest comfort through attentive service in a refined environment.

Your role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to maintain seamless dining operations for our guests who expect luxury and precision.

Qualifikationen

• Prior experience as a Back Server, Busser, or Food Runner preferred.
• Prior experience in fine dining preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.

• Assist in setting up and clearing tables, including arranging utensils, plates, and glassware, and removing used items promptly to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Assist servers in delivering beverages to tables, refilling drinks as needed, and ensuring guests have a positive and uninterrupted dining experience.
• Assist guests as needed, including answering questions, accommodating special requests, and ensuring their comfort throughout the dining experience.
• Collaborate with servers and other restaurant staff to ensure efficient service delivery, communicate guest requests or feedback, and coordinate tasks to meet service standards.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, including wiping down tables, chairs, and surfaces, and ensuring adherence to food safety protocols.

Job Description

Become the backbone of our dining experience as a Busser, where your attentiveness and teamwork will elevate every guest's visit. Supporting our service team, you'll ensure smooth operations, anticipate needs, and create memorable moments for patrons, leaving a lasting impression of exceptional hospitality.

• Assist in setting up and clearing tables, including arranging utensils, plates, and glassware, and removing used items promptly to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
