Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge each guest with a smile and greeting, using the guest's name when possible.
• Anticipate guests' service needs and communicate with kitchen staff as needed.
• Present and process payments, including gratuities, following cash handling policies.
• Set tables to event standards and maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day.
• Follow alcohol service procedures and safety policies.
• Record transactions in the system at the time of order.
• Close out duties at end of shift, restocking and cleaning as required.
