Auberge Collection's The Dunlin on Johns Island is seeking a Banquet Bartender to elevate events with curated beverages and hospitality in a luxury coastal setting. You will review BEOs with the Beverage Captain, keep the bar stocked, assist guests at the bar, and deliver high-end service across upscale events, including setup and teardown when needed.

Minimum one year in foodservice/hospitality as a Bartender is preferred; knowledge of spirits, beer and wine, neat appearance, weekend

Qualifications

• One year of experience in foodservice/hospitality as a bartender preferred.
• Knowledge of spirits, beer and wine; luxury hospitality experience preferred.
• Must be of minimum age to serve alcohol and have relevant certifications.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with Beverage Captain to review BEOs and event details.
• Maintain a well-stocked, clean bar and assist guests at the banquet.
• Prepare and serve beverages efficiently while delivering high-quality service.
• Support event setup/teardown and adapt to last-minute requests.
