Job summary

The Dunlin, Auberge Collection on Johns Island near Kiawah River is seeking a skilled Bartender to curate moments for guests in a luxury hospitality setting. You will craft drinks, assist with bar and restaurant service, and drive high-quality guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have at least one year of bartender experience, knowledge of spirits and wines, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays in a premium property offering

Qualifications

One year experience in foodservice/hospitality as a Bartender preferred.
Knowledge of spirits, beer, and wine; luxury hospitality experience preferred.
Must be of minimum age to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

Assist guests in beverage and drink preparation, servicing of the bar area and restaurant in a timely manner.
Relate with guests about needs and satisfaction with beverages, ensuring high-quality service.
Be knowledgeable about menu drinks to assist guests in choosing based on preferences.
Input orders into Micros system and handle billing accurately.
Maintain bar equipment and ensure bar is well-stocked at all times.
