The Dunlin, Auberge Collection on Johns Island near Kiawah River is seeking a Banquet Server to orchestrate unforgettable dining experiences. Work with the Banquet Captain and team to review BEOs, set up equipment, and ensure flawless service.

You will welcome guests, anticipate needs, and communicate special requests to kitchen staff while maintaining brand standards and hospitality excellence throughout events.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service and professional demeanor.
• Ability to review BEOs and coordinate with Banquet Captain.
• Capable of standing for long periods and lifting equipment.
• Must obtain state and local certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Review, collect, and count equipment for events.
• Set tables and linens according to event type and standards.
• Move banquet equipment and assist with event setup and breakdown.
• Answer questions on BEO menu selections with the Banquet Captain.
• Welcome guests and engage them with a warm, professional greeting.
• Anticipate guest needs and communicate special requests to kitchen staff.
