TEKsystems is hiring a Universal Customer Advisor in Warren, MI. This hybrid role after training offers remote work flexibility, with a focus on delivering white-glove support for a premier luxury automotive brand.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries across channels, troubleshooting connectivity and infotainment issues, and documenting interactions for quality and compliance. Training is provided, with ongoing career growth and performance-based advancement.

Competenze

• Primary point of contact for customers across multiple channels.
• Provide empathetic, professional, and solution-focused support.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, Wi-Fi, infotainment, and related tech issues.
• Research and resolve issues and document interactions thoroughly.
• Collaborate with dealership personnel and internal teams to resolve concerns.
• Follow up with customers to ensure outstanding experience.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to service excellence.
• Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and case management goals.
