Job summary

Jackson Dawson in Dearborn, MI is seeking a dynamic Performance Vehicle Concierge to manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients throughout the full design, ordering, build and delivery journey. This hybrid position requires 2-3 days per week in the Dearborn office with the remaining days remote.

You will coordinate with product teams, schedule production timelines, and deliver a personalized, luxury customer experience through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• At least five years in luxury hospitality, automotive, or retail sectors.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, high-end customer relationships.
• Understanding of delivering exceptional customer service and hospitality.
• Ability to communicate to high-profile individuals across industries.
• Service-oriented and customer-focused approach.
• Professional appearance and manner.
• Excellent customer-facing and internal communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking.
• Hybrid schedule with 2-3 days per week in Dearborn, MI office.
• Attend in-person product training.
• Work extended or alternative hours when needed.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Participate in initial and ongoing product training to communicate with customers.
• Act as primary contact for assigned customers throughout the journey.
• Provide personalized experiences for a portfolio of high-net-worth customers while managing expectations.
• Provide 'one-call' service support leveraging the team and resources.
• Manage program tasks, timelines, and communications for customers moving through journeys.
• Participate in team meetings to understand other concierge customers and provide coverage as needed.
• Support internal order prioritization, scheduling, build processes, and related communications.
• Become proficient with project-enabling tools and technologies, including CRM software and meeting platforms.
• Support program planning, activation, and measurement to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Communicate daily with Program HQ and project management team.
• Use data and measurement to support forward planning and personalization.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
