Job summary

EPITEC is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Warren, MI for a contract role. The position starts with hybrid on-site training (Tue–Thu) and remote sessions (Mon and Fri) for 12 weeks, then transitions to remote work with 40 hours per week.

You’ll handle inquiries across phone, email, and messaging, supporting a luxury automotive customer experience program and ensuring timely resolutions and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of luxury or high-touch customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to learn and use customer experience tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound interactions through phone, email, and messaging.
• Assist with customer care, marketing support, EV and connected vehicle inquiries.
• Manage customer cases from initial contact through resolution in a timely, professional manner.
• Provide accurate case updates, recommendations, and resolution information to team leadership.
• Troubleshoot vehicle connectivity, Wi‑Fi, infotainment, and mobile app concerns.
• Build positive relationships with customers and other key partners.
• Participate in ongoing training to expand product knowledge, technical skills, and customer service capabilities.
• Participate in regular coaching and one‑on‑one sessions with team leadership.
• Support customer experience and operational goals, including customer satisfaction, service levels, and on‑time activity metrics.
• Contribute to a team culture centered on outstanding customer experiences and operational excellence.
