Planet Lincoln Spring seeks a Luxury Service Advisor to deliver a world-class client journey for discerning customers. You will be the primary contact, guiding clients through maintenance with precision, transparency, and a high-touch experience.

Join a high-volume luxury dealership team and coordinate services, pickup and delivery, and seamless communication with factory-trained technicians. Exceptional communication and 2–3 years luxury auto experience required.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of luxury automotive service advisor experience.
• Polished, articulate communication skills.
• Experience with dealership management systems (DMS) and CRM software.

Responsabilités

• Be the primary point of contact for discerning clients and guide them through maintenance with precision and transparency.
• Listen to client needs, diagnose service requirements, and translate technical needs into clear guidance.
• Coordinate client logistics, including pickup/delivery services and luxury loaner vehicles.
• Serve as liaison between clients and technicians to ensure repair accuracy and timely delivery.
• Provide proactive updates via client-preferred channels (phone, text, email) on status, estimates, and timelines.
