You will be the face of the service department, guiding customers through repairs, estimates, and timelines to ensure transparent, satisfying experiences.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a dealership setting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to upsell services while coordinating with technicians.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle repair and maintenance services.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to explain technical information to customers clearly.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Sales and upselling abilities.
• Experience with dealership software (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and listen to vehicle concerns and needs.
• Advise on repairs and additional maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide accurate cost estimates and timelines for services.
• Communicate with technicians to ensure efficient, correct repairs.
• Maintain detailed service records and customer interactions.
• Keep customers informed of progress and status of repairs.
• Foster trust by delivering exceptional service and addressing concerns promptly.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
