Genesis of Corona seeks an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to deliver a high-touch, concierge-level service experience for a discerning clientele. You will manage customer relationships and high-value service operations with transparency and professionalism.

The role requires 3+ years in service advising, a proven CSI/sales track record, and expertise with Reynolds and Reynolds or CDK, while maintaining a premium brand appearance and a clean California driving record.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Service Advisor.
• Proven track record of high CSI scores and strong sales performance.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and client relationship skills.
• Experience with dealership systems such as Reynolds and Reynolds or CDK.
• Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with luxury brand standards.
• Valid California driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for luxury clientele, ensuring a seamless and personalized service experience.
• Perform detailed vehicle walkarounds and accurately document customer concerns.
• Prepare and present service recommendations with transparency and professionalism.
• Coordinate with factory-trained technicians to ensure timely, high-quality repairs.
• Proactively communicate service updates via phone, text, or digital platforms.
• Manage high-value repair orders while meeting or exceeding sales and CSI targets.
• Handle warranty and goodwill considerations in line with manufacturer standards.
