Job summary

Mazda of Corona is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to deliver a concierge-level service experience for our luxury clientele. You will manage customer relationships and high-value service operations to ensure a seamless, premium guest journey.

In this role you will walk around vehicles, document concerns, present transparent recommendations, coordinate with factory-trained technicians, and communicate service updates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Service Advisor.
• Proven track record of high CSI scores and strong sales performance.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and client relationship skills.
• Experience with dealership systems Reynolds and Reynolds or CDK.
• Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with luxury brand standards.
• Valid California driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for luxury clientele, ensuring a seamless and personalized service experience.
• Perform detailed vehicle walkarounds and accurately document customer concerns.
• Prepare and present service recommendations with transparency and professionalism.
• Coordinate with factory-trained technicians to ensure timely, high-quality repairs.
• Proactively communicate service updates via phone, text, or digital platforms.
• Manage high-value repair orders while meeting or exceeding sales and CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) targets.
• Handle warranty and goodwill considerations in line with manufacturer standards.
