Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a service advisor role strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of CSI and sales history, preferably with a luxury dealership.
• Excellent verbal and math skills. These skills may be tested and evaluated.
• Ability to be insured to operate a motor vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and record concerns to generate accurate work orders.
• Track status of open repair orders and update customers and dispatchers on approvals/delays.
• Learn warranty coverage for each franchise and apply it correctly.
• Make and confirm maintenance appointments with customers.
• Notify customers when parts arrive and schedule work.
• Close tickets and inform customers when vehicles are ready for pickup.
• Explain repair orders and costs; alert service manager to any issues.
• Help meet sales per repair order and customer satisfaction targets.
