The Service Advisor serves as the primary liaison between clients and the service department, requiring strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple repair orders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous Service Advisor experience preferred (luxury dealership experience a plus)
• CDK experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Greet clients promptly and professionally
• Consult with customers regarding vehicle concerns and service needs
• Prepare accurate repair orders and cost estimates
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure proper diagnosis and timely completion
• Communicate repair recommendations clearly and confidently
• Monitor repair progress and provide status updates
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer and warranty guidelines
• Maintain high levels of CSI and customer satisfaction
• Close repair orders efficiently and accurately
