Westlake Hyundai is seeking a Luxury Automotive Service Advisor to join our fast-paced, luxury dealership team in California. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service while coordinating service work for luxury vehicles and maintaining accurate repair orders.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, dependability, and the ability to work with a team. Tekion experience is a plus, and experience in the automotive repair sector is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers courteously and keep them informed on services
• Determine vehicle issues by listening to customers and interpreting statements
• Secure repair approvals and schedule appointments with ETA
• Capture customer and vehicle data in CRM and Repair Order systems
• Test-drive vehicles to confirm issues when needed
• Provide estimates for labor and parts and follow up with customers
• Explain maintenance needs and recommended services per manufacturer specs
• Promote additional service work to customers and drive service sales
