Audi Southampton is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to join our luxury automotive team in Southampton, NY. You will be the primary contact for service customers, coordinating vehicle service and maintenance while delivering a premium ownership experience.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, scheduling appointments, explaining repair needs, and coordinating with technicians to ensure timely work. A strong customer-service mindset and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with computer systems and dealership software.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience with luxury brands is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a professional, welcoming experience.
• Schedule service appointments and accurately document customer concerns.
• Communicate repair recommendations, maintenance needs, and service timelines.
• Prepare repair orders and maintain accurate customer records.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Keep customers informed throughout the service process.
• Review completed work with customers and explain services performed.
• Promote recommended maintenance and service offerings.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and help maintain high CSI scores.
