Swickard Auto Group is seeking a guest-focused Service Advisor for its Portland & Eugene locations. You will be the primary guest contact, translating repairs into clear communication and managing expectations from write-up to delivery.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates a high Hospitality Quotient with kindness, optimism and integrity.
• 2+ years of service advisor experience in a franchised dealership preferred, luxury/import, or domestic brands welcome.
• Track record of strong CSI and NPS performance and repeat guest relationships.
• Clear, composed communicator able to manage high volume while preserving guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for guests throughout the service process from write-up to delivery.
• Translate technical repair info into clear, confident communication earning trust.
• Build precise estimates, set realistic timelines, follow through on promises.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts to keep repair workflows moving and on schedule.
• Identify and present additional service recommendations to protect safety and performance.
• Maintain accurate records in the DMS and uphold documentation standards.
• Deliver a guest experience reflecting the brand and store standards.
