• Verify work was completed and diagnosed; research vehicle history to make educated recommendations.
• Input and maintain customer information and schedule service appointments; ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Communicate with customers via telephone, email, and chat to provide updates and options.
• Work indoors in a fast-paced environment, using a PC to manage tasks and records.
