You will be the first contact for service clients, communicate issues clearly to technicians, and guide customers through repair recommendations. Competitive pay: $70,000-$130,000 per year, with comprehensive benefits and a family-owned

Qualifications

• Experience advising automotive service customers and developing relationships with new and existing customers.
• Luxury vehicle experience preferred.
• Reynolds & Reynolds experience helpful.

Responsabilités

• Be the first point of contact for automotive service customers with outstanding service.
• Use active listening to understand vehicle issues and concerns.
• Create repair orders and communicate vehicle needs clearly to the service technician.
• Explain diagnoses and maintenance needs to customers and advise on needed work.
• Follow up on vehicles throughout the repair process and keep customers updated.
• Interact with customers, vendors, and technicians in a professional manner at all times.
