Job summary

Sunset Cadillac of Venice, part of Sunset Automotive Group, seeks an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to greet and guide service customers with professionalism in a top-tier dealership environment.

Responsibilities include communicating vehicle diagnoses and needed repairs, creating repair orders, and following up with customers throughout the service journey. Luxury-vehicle know-how is a plus; Reynolds & Reynolds experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• Experience advising automotive service customers and developing relationships with new and existing auto service customers required.
• Previous experience with luxury vehicles preferred.
• Reynolds & Reynolds experience very helpful.

• As the first point of contact for automotive service customers, show outstanding customer service.
• Use active listening to engage and understand the customer's vehicle issues and concerns.
• Create repair order and communicate vehicle needs clearly to service technician.
• Communicate vehicle diagnoses and maintenance needs to customer. Advise and sell needed work.
• Follow up on vehicles throughout the repair process, keeping customer updated.
• Interact with customers, vendors, and technicians in a professional manner at all times.
