The position emphasizes outstanding customer service, active listening, and the ability to translate vehicle issues into actionable service plans.

Qualifications

• Experience advising automotive service customers.
• Luxury vehicles experience preferred.
• Reynolds & Reynolds experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for service customers and provide outstanding service.
• Listen actively to understand vehicle issues and consult with customers.
• Create repair orders and clearly communicate vehicle needs to technicians.
• Explain diagnoses and maintenance needs to customers and recommend needed work.
• Follow up with customers during the repair process to keep them informed.
• Interact professionally with customers, vendors, and technicians at all times.
