Qualifications

• Previous Service Advisor experience is preferred, but we will train the right individual.
• General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations is preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for service/maintenance/recall work.
• Greet customers and inspect their vehicle.
• Advise customers about necessary/suggested services and costs.
