• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Automotive dealership or service advising experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for service guests and create a seamless, luxury-level service experience.
• Listen to customer concerns, document repair needs, coordinate with technicians and internal teams, and communicate throughout the repair process.
• Greet guests, review vehicle concerns, recommend maintenance and repair services, and prepare accurate repair orders.
• Provide timely updates, explain recommendations, obtain approvals for additional work, and inform guests of pricing, timelines, and completion status.
• Work with technicians, parts, warranty, and management to ensure orders are written clearly and vehicles move efficiently through service.
