Job summary

Mercedes-Benz of Midlothian, part of the Murgado Automotive Group, is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join our luxury service team. You will be the primary contact for customers, advising on maintenance and coordinating repairs to ensure an exceptional service experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or customer service training is a plus.
• Previous experience in a service advisor role or similar customer-facing position in automotive is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Familiarity with automotive repair processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their service needs.
• Advise on maintenance, repairs, and service options.
• Prepare repair orders documenting concerns and coordinating with technicians.
• Communicate service updates to customers and answer questions.
• Ensure a seamless customer experience from check-in to pickup.
• Explain services and costs in detail.
• Recommend additional services based on vehicle condition and guidelines.
• Collaborate with technicians and parts staff to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and satisfaction at every stage.
