You will guide customers to luxury Mercedes-Benz vehicles, manage relationships, and present features with confidence. Training is provided; prior automotive sales experience is welcome but not required.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing new or pre-owned Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients by delivering excellent customer service.
• Provide in-depth product knowledge and demonstrate vehicle features.
• Meet or exceed sales goals through prospecting, follow-up, and closing.
• Stay up-to-date on new vehicle offerings, promotions, and market trends.
• Conduct test drives and vehicle presentations to showcase features and benefits.
• Negotiate pricing and payment terms with customers.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions and track progress.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
