Capital Eurocars (Mercedes Benz) in Tallahassee is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our service team. The ideal candidate has 1+ year in this role, a friendly, outgoing demeanor, and excellent customer service skills to interact with Mercedes Benz customers, technicians, and service staff.

You will greet customers, gather vehicle data, write up repair orders, discuss repairs in plain language, and help ensure quality service.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience as an automotive service advisor.
• Basic knowledge of automotive repairs.
• Proficient with computer systems.
• Ability to explain repairs in non-technical language.

Responsibilities

• Meet predetermined service sales objectives.
• Meet predetermined CSI objectives.
• Schedule service appointments—obtain customer and vehicle data prior to arrival.
• Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain vehicle information.
• Write up / Enter vehicle problems accurately and clearly on the repair order (written/computer).
• May test drive vehicles.
• Recommend additional necessary service.
• Provide complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor/parts.
• Maximize product knowledge.
• Explain completed work to customer.
• Implement and maintain quality control process.
• Other duties as part of description and as per company/department needs.
