Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• California Driver’s license and insurable
• 3+ years automotive repair experience
• Tekion experience preferred
• Knowledge of safety precautions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with several customers at a time
• Team player with honesty and integrity; professional appearance

Responsibilities

• Greet customers courteously and inform them of services.
• Determine nature of vehicle problems with customers; listen and interpret statements.
• Secure repair approvals and schedule appointments and times.
• Obtain customer/vehicle data and process in CRM and Repair Order; secure payment.
• Test-drive with customer if needed to verify issue.
• Inspect vehicles for bodywork; notify and estimate Body Shop work.
• Advise on maintenance per manufacturer specs; promote service sales.
• Follow safety regulations and ensure accurate repair orders.
