Job summary

Chevrolet of Thousand Oaks, a Swickard Auto Group dealership, seeks a Service Advisor to join our high-volume, hospitality-focused team in Thousand Oaks, CA. You will be the primary contact for guests from write-up to delivery, translate repair information into clear estimates, and build trust with accurate timelines and transparent communication.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of service advisor experience in a franchised dealership preferred.
• Strong guest communication and trust-building skills.
• Ability to translate repair information into clear, confident communication.
• Experience with high-volume service environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests from write-up to delivery.
• Translate technical repair information into clear, confident communication.
• Build precise estimates and realistic timelines, and follow through.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts to keep workflows moving.
• Identify and present additional service recommendations to protect safety and performance.
• Deliver a consistent, professional pickup and delivery experience.
• Maintain accurate records in the DMS and uphold documentation standards.
• Represent Chevrolet of Thousand Oaks with hospitality-focused service.
