Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for guests throughout the service process.
Translate technical repair information into clear, confident communication.
Build precise estimates, commit to realistic timelines, and follow through on every promise.
Coordinate with technicians and parts to keep repair workflows moving.
Identify and present additional service recommendations that protect guest safety and vehicle performance.
Deliver a consistent, professional guest experience and maintain accurate records in the DMS.
