• GM experience is a bonus; CDK experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Present and sell needed products or services to the customer following maintenance schedules.
• Build rapport to promote customer satisfaction and retention.
• Greet customers and obtain vehicle information.
• Advise customers on care and value of maintaining their vehicles.
• Generate and provide a complete, accurate repair estimate.
• Communicate repair completion time to customer and technician.
• Follow prescribed post-follow-up procedures.
• Be an active listener and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Present and sell needed products, and or, services to the customer in a professional manner while adhering to the manufacturer's published maintenance schedule and requirements
• Build rapport with the customer to promote customer satisfaction and customer retention
• Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain pertinent vehicle information
• Advise customers on the care and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturers' specifications
• Generate and provide customer with a complete and accurate estimate of repair
• Establish and communicate completion time of repair with customer and technician
• Follow prescribed procedures for customer post follow-up
• Have the ability to be an active listener and effectively communicate

Qualifications

• Service advisor with General Motors experience a bonus
