You will build relationships, guide buyers through the Audi lineup, and collaborate with finance to ensure a transparent, pressure-free purchase. Training and growth opportunities are available in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• From hospitality, luxury retail, tech sales or other client-facing backgrounds is encouraged.
• No automotive experience required; bring a hospitality mindset and consultative approach.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage sophisticated buyers.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with genuine curiosity and consultative approach to understand needs.
• Guide guests through Audi lineup, connecting performance, technology and design to buyers' priorities.
• Present vehicles and conduct real test drives that create a memorable experience.
• Build and maintain a guest pipeline with proactive follow-up and disciplined CRM use.
• Collaborate with finance and management to deliver a transparent, pressure-free purchase experience.
• Meet monthly targets while maintaining high guest satisfaction scores.
• Stay current on Audi product updates, technology features, and EV/PHEV lineup.
• Represent Audi Palo Alto and Swickard's hospitality standard in every interaction.
