Job summary

Lexus of Wayzata, part of the Ed Napleton Automotive Group, seeks a dynamic Sales Consultant to guide clients in selecting luxury vehicles and close deals. You will follow up, build lasting relationships, and explain vehicle features, options, and warranties to customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury automotive sales is required.
• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal oriented and enthusiastic in a team environment.
• Prior proven customer-service or retail sales experience.
• Willingness to undergo a background check as per local laws.
• Must be 18+ to comply with driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers who enter the dealership and help them select a vehicle.
• Provide timely follow up and maintain relationships with customers.
• Explain product performance, options, and benefits; determine vehicle needs by asking questions.
• Deliver vehicles and ensure customer understands features, warranty, and paperwork.
• Stay informed about inventory and features to help customers.
• Introduce customers to service department personnel to highlight service quality.
