Walser Auto Campus in Wichita is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Consultant to join our luxury brand family. You’ll be matched to Lexus, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, or Porsche and build a rewarding career across multiple premium brands.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Excellent listening, telephone, and computer skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Friendly, positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Professional appearance and nametag standards.
• Strong customer service mentality.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously.
• Guide customers through the entire sales process.
• Maintain unit averages, PVR, and VSC standards.
• Utilize Walser CRM to track customer interactions.
• Educate customers on Walser benefits.
• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features.
• Explain financing options to customers.
• Follow up after purchase to ensure satisfaction.
• Complete Walser sales training program.
