Mercedes-Benz of Tucson is seeking 3-4 experienced automotive sales consultants to join a culture focused on excellence and customer satisfaction. You will promote luxury experiences, be coached for success, and contribute to a high-performing team in a dealership environment.

We offer an aggressive compensation package with base salary, signing bonuses, and a structure that can reach six-figure earnings with commissions.

Qualifications

• Availability to work evenings and Saturdays.
• Prior automobile sales experience.
• Comfortable with compensation based on commission sales.
• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the day.
• Outgoing and friendly personality.
• Professional, well-groomed appearance.
• Must have a clean driving record and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Approach, greet, and assist customers entering the dealership.
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening to responses.
• Explain product performance, applications, and benefits; describe optional equipment.
• Build strong relationships with clients.
• Demonstrate new/used vehicles in a high-quality, professional manner.
• Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and follow company sales processes.
