Mercedes-Benz of Foothill Ranch is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to guide clients through the vehicle purchase process, deliver a personalized luxury experience, and reflect the prestige of the Mercedes-Benz brand.

You will present features, arrange test drives, discuss pricing and financing, and build long-term relationships with customers, earning competitive commission and benefits within the Murgado Automotive Group.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in luxury automotive sales or high-end retail sales is preferred, but not required.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are essential.
• Ability to work well in a team‑oriented, customer‑focused environment.
• Proven ability to build relationships and provide top‑tier customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage clients with a welcoming, professional showroom presence.
• Guide clients in selecting the right vehicle and demonstrate features and options.
• Conduct test drives and ensure customers are informed about pricing, leasing, and financing.
• Develop long‑term relationships with clients through follow-up and after-sales service.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and collaborate with other departments for a smooth transaction.
