Job summary

Cooper Auto Group in Tulsa seeks motivated luxury automotive sales consultants to join Jackie Cooper Infiniti of Tulsa. You will build relationships, identify customer needs, and guide buyers through vehicle selection, test drives, and finance options with integrity.

We welcome self-starters with strong communication and outstanding customer service, and you should be willing to work evenings and Saturdays.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
Strong problem-solving and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated with a drive to achieve performance goals.
Comfortable using CRM systems and dealership technology.
Must have valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

Identify customer needs, preferences, budget, and vehicle requirements.
Help customers with vehicle selection and promote model options, add-ons, and finance options.
Conduct test drives and ensure road rules are followed during demonstrations.
Negotiate sale closure in a professional, ethical manner.
Explain vehicle features, warranties, and servicing requirements at delivery.
Maintain accurate sales documentation and up-to-date product knowledge.
Attend trainings and assist in coaching new staff as needed.
