Cincinnati Cadillac - Joseph Group in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an experienced Luxury Auto Dealer Sales Consultant. This full-time role is an individual contributor position focusing on delivering top-tier service and closing sales.

You will work on-site, leverage a comprehensive benefits package and a commission-based earnings potential of $50,000 to $100,000 annually. Prior luxury automotive sales or premium customer service experience is preferred.

• Luxury automotive sales or premium customer service experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Handle customer inquiries and sales transactions with the highest level of customer service
• Assist in navigating customers to the best automotive solutions and building customer loyalty
• Research relevant information (i.e. vehicle features, financing options, warranties, etc.) to inform customers about product options
• Develop relationships with customers and close sales with each visit
• Learn and maintain a thorough understanding of new and existing inventory features
• Follow up with customers after purchase to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain detailed customer records
