Qualifications

• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and sales transactions with the highest level of customer service.
• Assist in navigating customers to the best automotive solutions and building customer loyalty.
• Research relevant information (i.e. vehicle features, financing options, warranties, etc.) to inform customers about product options.
• Develop relationships with customers and close sales with each visit.
• Learn and maintain a thorough understanding of new and existing inventory features.
• Follow up with customers after purchase to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed customer records.
