Holman Enterprises seeks a driven Audi Sales Consultant to join Audi of Cary, part of the Holman Automotive Group. Build relationships with clients, demonstrate features, and guide customers from inquiry to final purchase in our showroom and on the road.

Work with the Sales Manager and Finance Consultant to finalize sales, complete paperwork, arrange delivery, and participate in manufacturer and Holman training to stay current on models and trends.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent with related experience or training.
• Prior experience in premium or luxury sales is highly preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Demonstrate and explain the features, performance, and benefits of Audi vehicles in showroom and on the road.
• Stay up to date on Audi models, technology, and market trends.
• Assist customers in every step of the sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase.
• Work with the Sales Manager and Finance Consultant to finalize the sale and ensure a seamless purchasing process.
• Accurately complete all necessary paperwork for sale and vehicle registration.
• Make arrangements for vehicle delivery and coordinate registration for a smooth handoff.
• Attend and complete manufacturer and Holman training programs to maintain product expertise.
• Collaborate with your team to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding service.
