Qualifications

• Automotive sales experience is required; luxury auto sales experience is preferred.
• Documented current/past sales volumes and PVR grosses.
• Demonstrated outstanding customer satisfaction (CSI) history.

Responsibilities

• Help customers select and purchase vehicles and bring a positive attitude to work daily.
• Learn about products and current inventory.
• Greet and assist customers in selecting a vehicle; communicate effectively.
• Explain features and demonstrate performance on test drives.
• Present vehicle pricing and incentives.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and obtain referrals.
• Prospect for new customers.
