Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Legally able to work in the United States.
• Must have a driver’s license and maintain insurability.
• Pre-employment drug screen
• Must be able to obtain a Nevada Sales License.

• Demonstrate and sell new Lexus and pre-owned vehicles, as well as financial services offered by the dealership.
• Develop thorough knowledge of Lexus products and services, current inventory of vehicles, and competitive vehicles and services.
• Exceed customer satisfaction goals by providing exceptional service.
• Attend all required training classes and demonstrate a high level of professionalism.
• Conduct all business with honesty, integrity and in accordance with Our Values, Code of Business Conduct and our Policies & Procedures.
