Job summary

Lexus of Henderson is seeking a highly motivated Sales Consultant to guide customers from inquiry to ownership, delivering an exceptional experience at every step.

You will develop product knowledge, demonstrate vehicles and financial services, and uphold integrity and customer satisfaction as core values, with guaranteed base pay and performance-based commissions in a full-time on-site role in Henderson, NV, supporting lifelong relationships and the ultimate ownership experience.

Qualifications

• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must obtain Nevada Sales License.
• Must have a driver’s license and maintain insurability.
• Pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and sell new Lexus and pre-owned vehicles, as well as financial services offered by the dealership.
• Develop a thorough knowledge of Lexus products and services, current inventory of vehicles, and competitive vehicles and services.
• Exceed customer satisfaction goals by providing exceptional service.
• Attend all required training classes and demonstrate a high level of professionalism.
• Conduct all business with honesty, integrity and in accordance with Our Values, Code of Business Conduct and our Polices & Procedures
