Lexus of Las Vegas is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to guide customers from inquiry to ownership, showcasing new Lexus and pre-owned vehicles and available financial services.

You will build lasting customer relationships, maintain product knowledge, and achieve satisfaction goals through honest, energetic service. The role offers a guaranteed base with commissions and opportunities for growth within a supportive dealership culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; or 1-2 years related experience.
• Must be legally able to work in the United States.
• Must have a driver’s license and maintain insurability.
• Pre-employment drug screen; Nevada sales license required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and sell new Lexus and pre-owned vehicles, as well as financial services offered by the dealership.
• Develop a thorough knowledge of Lexus products and services, current inventory, and competitive vehicles and services.
• Exceed customer satisfaction goals by providing exceptional service.
• Attend all required training classes and demonstrate a high level of professionalism.
