Job summary

Mercedes-Benz of Foothill Ranch, part of the Murgado Automotive Group, is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to connect customers with luxury vehicles and deliver an exceptional buying experience.

You will guide clients through the purchase process, demonstrate features, arrange test drives, explain pricing, and collaborate with finance and service to ensure a seamless transaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury automotive sales preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage clients to provide a welcoming showroom experience.
• Guide customers in selecting vehicles and presenting features.
• Demonstrate options and perform test drives.
• Explain pricing, leasing, and financing options with transparency.
• Build long-term client relationships and follow up post-sale.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and maximize opportunities.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and new releases.
• Collaborate with finance and service teams to ensure smooth transactions.
• Attend training sessions to stay current with sales techniques.
