Job summary

Mercedes-Benz of Oklahoma City is seeking enthusiastic Sales Professionals to join our team. In this full-time, commission-based role, you will guide customers through the vehicle-buying journey, present features, arrange test drives, and finalize transactions with a focus on exceptional service.

You will build relationships, follow up with leads, and stay current on Mercedes-Benz products and incentives while delivering a premium customer experience.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a commission-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional dealership experience.
• Build relationships with customers and identify their vehicle needs, preferences, and budget.
• Assist customers in selecting new and pre-owned vehicles.
• Provide knowledgeable vehicle presentations and demonstrations.
• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features, technology, and benefits.
• Respond promptly to internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom customers.
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with prospective and existing customers.
• Accurately maintain customer information and sales activity in the CRM.
• Collaborate with sales management and the finance department for a smooth purchasing experience.
• Stay current on Mercedes-Benz products, incentives, and programs.
• Follow up with customers after delivery to encourage long-term relationships and referrals.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and customer satisfaction goals.
• Represent Mercedes-Benz of Oklahoma City professionally at all times.
