SONS Automotive Group is seeking Automotive Sales Associates in Auburn to join a growing team with 2–5 years of automotive sales and customer service experience. We offer a 5-day work week and are closed on Sundays, with a top pay plan for motivated individuals.

Responsibilities include guiding customers through a thorough buying process, building product knowledge, demonstrations, and proper delivery with clear explanations of features and paperwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Two-to-four-year college degree preferred.
• 2-5 years automotive sales and customer service experience required.
• Luxury automotive sales background preferred.
• Knowledge of new vehicle technologies and mechanical operations.
• Phenomenal communication skills, organization and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and enthusiastic in a team environment.
• Strong verbal and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license required and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Sale Associates take customers through a thorough buying process with established steps, policies and procedures.
• Develop and relay a high level of product knowledge around vehicle features.
• Demonstrate operation of vehicle in showroom and via test drive.
• Provide new vehicle to customer through established delivery process, ensuring understanding of features, warranty and paperwork.
• Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and loyalty.
• Develop a prospecting system making calls, sending emails and videos to potential customers to set appointments.
• Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis.
