Job summary

SONS Automotive Group is seeking Automotive Sales Associates with 2-5 years of automotive sales and customer service experience. A luxury automotive sales background is preferred. The position offers a 5-day work week with Sundays off and a strong pay plan.

Responsibilities include guiding customers through the buying process, conveying product knowledge, and demonstrating vehicles in showroom and test drives. You will follow up to build loyalty and referrals.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 2-5 years automotive sales and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction, loyalty and long‑term clientele.
• Develop a prospecting system making calls, sending emails and videos to potential customers to set appointments to perspective clients.
• Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis.

We are only looking for experienced dealer level applicants. 2-5 years of automotive sales and customer service experience required. Luxury automotive sales background preferred. The pay plan is the best in the metro for motivated individuals. 5-day work week, we are closed on Sundays.

• Strong verbal and communication skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Valid driver’s license required and clean driving record
