Job summary

SONS Automotive Group in Union City, GA is seeking Automotive Sales Associates to guide customers through a thorough buying process, demonstrate features, arrange test drives, and deliver vehicles with clear explanations of warranties and paperwork.

Applicants should have 2–5 years of automotive sales and customer service experience, preferably in luxury brands, with excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a clean driving record; a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years automotive sales and customer service experience required
• Luxury automotive sales background preferred
• Knowledge of new vehicle technologies and mechanical operations
• Phenomenal communication skills, organization and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the buying process using established selling steps, policies and procedures
• Develop product knowledge around vehicle features and benefits
• Demonstrate operation of vehicles in showroom and test drives
• Deliver new vehicles with clear explanations of operating features, warranties, and paperwork
• Maintain an owner follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business
• Develop prospecting via calls, emails, and videos to set appointments with prospects
• Report to Sales Manager on objectives, activities, reviews and analysis

SONS Automotive Group is looking for Automotive Sales Associates. We treat each customer's needs with concern and have a loyal customer base. We are only looking for experienced dealer level applicants. 2-5 years of automotive sales and customer service experience required. Luxury automotive sales background preferred. The pay plan is the best in the metro for motivated individuals. 5-day work week, we are closed on Sundays.

Responsibilities:

• Sale Associates take the customers through a thorough buying process supported by established selling steps, policies and procedures

• Develop and relay a high level of product knowledge around vehicle features

• Demonstrate operation of vehicle in showroom and via test drive

• Provide new vehicle to customer through established delivery process, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty and paperwork

• Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction, loyalty and long‑term clientele.

• Develop a prospecting system making calls, sending emails and videos to potential customers to set appointments to perspective clients.

• Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis.
