Responsabilités

• Assist customers with vehicle financing and insurance options.
• Prepare, verify and execute financing and legal documents with the sales team.
• Determine a customer’s creditworthiness by reviewing credit reports and coordinating with loan processors.
• Explain financing procedures, products and dealership policies to customers.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and comply with regulations.
• Train, mentor and motivate sales staff to meet sales goals.
